As a mom, I love how easy chia seeds are to incorporate into our diets. Pudding is one of our favourite ways to consume them and it&#8217;s quick and easy! You can make so many variations from plain to chocolate to vanilla! You can top it with fresh fruit, frozen blueberries or whipped coconut cream and chocolate!
